Banani Bidhusmita is an Architect & Interior Designer based in Bhubaneswar. She is passionately delivering the best designs to her clients. Her work has a tint of minimalism, but she also lets color, shapes, tone, and texture do the talking. With over 7 years of experience after graduating from Piloo Modi College of Architecture, Banani has redefined designing and has fused a modern aesthetic into her architectonics. She designs her buildings following the Genius Loci principle, which implies that they are aware of the surroundings, and design the construction accordingly. Banani is adored by her clients for using simple geometric lines, and developing clean and sharp-edged designs. Her goal is to create monumental architectural works. She also is considered provocative as she incorporates a sense of originality in each work she creates, by trying to create something unique for each specific context. She looks at the combination of the people, place and time of a specific surroundings, before making a design. Her works are viewed as constructions transforming the environments they’re built in.
Nazish Zabih

Nazish Zabih is an Architect & Interior Designer based in Bhubaneswar who graduated from Piloo Modi College of Architecture. He incorporates vastu and natural art in interior designs to deliver the best to his customers. His focus is on organic and natural decor to create relaxing and natural spaces. With over 7 years of experience in a number of premier hotels and minimalism Nazish insists on starting from small projects, paying attention to tectonics and typology, respecting the authenticity of construction and the locality of materials, researching the relationship between nature and architecture, people and the environment, and blending new and old. His approach to architectural designs is high tech architecture. Nazish’s design philosophy was fundamentalist and one of the forces behind his use of glass was the concept of fluid space. He believed that architecture should incorporate a continuous flow of space, banishing the gap between interior and exterior. The most common characteristics of his style include rectilinear forms; light, taut plane surfaces stripped of ornamentation and decoration; open interior spaces; and a visually weightless quality reflected by the cantilever construction.
